1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Geosphere Intelligence Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geosphere Intelligence Platform is a subscription-based web application that provides real-time geopolitical intelligence, including a 3D interactive globe, daily intelligence briefings, storyline analysis, market correlations, and country dossier profiles. The Service aggregates publicly available information from news sources, government publications, and open-source intelligence feeds.

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is available for $2.00 USD per month.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One subscription is valid for one user account only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Redistribute or resell content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Content and Accuracy

The intelligence content provided by GeoSphere is aggregated from publicly available sources and processed using AI-powered analysis. While we strive for accuracy:

• Content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness
• AI-generated summaries and analysis may contain errors
• The Service is not a substitute for professional intelligence analysis
• Market data and correlations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and proprietary analysis algorithms, is owned by Edward Rochelle and operated under the Geosphere Intelligence Platform brand. All rights reserved. News content is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of their respective owners. Links to original sources are provided for attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
